The daily inspection of powder hydraulic press includes the following aspects:
 
 
 
(1) Quantity and temperature of oil in the tank. Observe the liquid level gauge of the oil tank, and the liquid level in the oil tank should always be kept normal, otherwise, it should be supplemented in time. The brand of the supplemented oil must be the same as that of the system, and the test results show that it meets the specified indexes; the supplemented oil should be filtered, and the filtering accuracy should not be lower than the accuracy requirements of the system.
 
 
 
 
 
(2) Oil leakage at all sealing parts and pipe joints. It is inevitable and common for hydraulic system to produce leakage under working condition. The leakage leads to the decrease of system pressure, the instability of actuator speed, the waste of oil, the consumption of energy, the reduction of efficiency, the rise of oil temperature, the pollution of environment and the potential fire hazard. The leakage of the system mostly occurs in the fixed seal and the moving seal. The leakage is usually caused by seal damage, aging, damage or loose connecting screws (caused by pipeline vibration) which should be repaired in time. Leakage not in service is not allowed.
 
 
 
 
 
(3) Check whether the screws at the pressure regulating points of the choke and other pressure valves are loose. The loose pressure regulating screw of relief valve will cause the system working pressure not to reach the predetermined value or cannot establish the working pressure, and the system cannot work normally. The loose adjusting screw of pressure reducing valve will make the outlet pressure not reach the predetermined value and make the pressure reducing circuit not work normally.
